竹木复合集装箱底板的研究*

摘要:

以国内速生材毛竹和马尾松为原料,应用正交异性复合层板的弯曲理论,对竹木复合集装箱底板的结构和性能进行了理论设计和试验验证。系统地研究了压缩率和成型工艺对竹木复合集装箱底板性能的影响。并与传统热带硬木底板的性能作了对比分析。结果证明:采用合理的结构和工艺制造的竹木复合板,其综合性能不低于阿必东胶合底板,可作为阿必东胶合板底板的理想替代品。

Abstract:

Using the fast-growing Pyllostachys pubescens and Masson pine as raw materials and applying the bending theories of quadric orthogonal anisotropic composite laminated board, the structures and properties of the bamboo & wood composite container floor were designed in theories and proved by tests. The effects of compression ratio and pressing technology on the properties of bamboo & wood composite container floor were systematically studied. And compamtive analysis of the properties of this new container floor with apitong plywood container floor is made. The results show that synthetical property of the bamboo & . Wood composite container floor manufacred with rationlized structure and technology was not inferior to that of apitong plywood container floor, and it was the ideal substitute of apitong plywood for Container floor.
