摘要:

对单叶省藤Calamus simplicifoius Wei、白藤C.tetradactylus Hance及黄藤Daemonorops margaritae(Hance)Becc茎的微观及超微观结构进行了电镜解剖观察,对藤茎中段的表面,表皮,皮层及维管束分布,基本薄壁组织,叶的表面纹饰和气孔都作了详细描述;结果表明,利用藤茎的微观构造特征来分类鉴定藤种及选育良种,改善栽培技术有重要参考价值。

Abstract:

The micro- and ultramicro-structures in stems of Calamus simplicfoius Wei.C.tetradactylus Hance and Daemonorops margaritae (Hance) Bece were observed with EM.The surface, epidermis, cortex, vascular bundles and parenchyma in the middla section of rattan were detailed in this paper. It comes to the conclusion that the structural characteristics of rattan will be help for classification, identification and selecting species.
