Abstract: Sesia singensis Hsu is a serious pest boring in poplar trunk．The control measures were carried out using sex-attractant in this study．The quantity and the emergence period of the adult were mea-sured and the control effects were investigated．Possible factors that affect the quantity of forest pest trapping were studied．
