Abstract: This paper attempts to analysis the policy formulation,implementation,performance effect of Fujian wood-bamboo sales after the snow disaster,and draw inspiration that public policy should be formulated according to scientific procedures,policy objectives should be specific and feasible,let more stakeholders involved in,try to avoid direct interference by the executive etc.
