Abstract: The lady bird beetle Hyperaspis sinensis (Crotch) is one of the important natural enemies of the scal Metaceronema japonica Mask. It was observed that it had a single generation a year in Zhejiang province. The lady bird beetle can prey a great many pests. It is very effective to control these pests, so that they should be protected and used well.
