摘要：

利用玻片计数法测定了1.5×10⁴V、3×10⁴V、5×10⁴V 3种电压下的静电喷粉效果,并与常规喷粉效果作了比较。结果表明,5×10⁴V、3×10⁴V和1.5×10⁴V高压下的粉粒在靶标上的沉积密度分别是常规喷粉的3.77、3.24和1.72倍。实际应用中,应用3万伏高压即可达到理想的喷粉效果。

Abstract:

The effects of electrostatic dusting with different voltages was determined using microscope slides counting method,and was compared with the effect of normal dusting. The results showed that,the deposit density of the electrostatic dusting with 5.0×10⁴V, 3.0×10⁴V and 1.5×10⁴V voltages were respectively 3.77,3.24 and 1.72 times that in the normal dusting. In practice the ideal effect of the electrostatic dusting could be achieved by using 3×10⁴V voltage electrostatic duster.
