Abstract: The resistant mechanism of Chinese fir [Cunnighmia lancelata(Lamb.) Hook] to spot anthrancnose (Colletotrichum gloeosporioides) was studied using localizations of POD and PPO. An activity increasing region of POD and PPO in front of the hyphae developed region was noticed and region moved outward continously as the lesion developing. This was a suggestion of host resisting the fungus infection.
