Abstract: Considering the realities of China,the author in this paper uses TASITI SUZIKI's forest transition matrix model theory to establish the growth and yield models for each of the three working groups,China fir,Masson pine,mixed hardwood forest,in Kai Hua county,Zhejiang province. Using linear programing,the author works out the most optimum project of forest management.
