Abstract: The bio-composites made of natural fiber and biodegradable plastics are the new research area of the new century and the entirely environmental friendly new composites with widely use areas.In this paper,the current status of the researches about the natural fiber/biodegradable plastic bio-composites,such as the raw material of the composites,compounding methods,the improvements of the composites properties,and the mechanism of the compounding of natural fiber with biodegradable plastics,was summarized.The future and developing trend of the composites was analyzed in this paper too.
