输送机曲线段理论的研究

摘要: 本文根据木材生产的实际需要,从理论上研究了输送机曲线段支承结构,采用内超高导向滚动式支承,解决了磨损严重的问题,同时使曲线输送机达到了稳定运行。经过理论分析与研究,确定了曲线半径、导槽倾角、内轨超高度以及张力计算式等主要参数,为设计曲线输送机提供了具体的理论根据。

Abstract: Based on the practical needs of wood production,this paper discusses the supporting structure of curved segment on conveyer in theory.With the use of inner superhigh guide rolling support structure,the problem of serious wear has been solved,and the curved conveyer runs steadily.Through theoretical analysis,the principal parameters,such as radius of curve,inclination angle of guide slot,superhigh of inner rail and tensional calculation etc.,have been determined rationally,thus a concrete theoretical basis is provided for design of the curved conveyer.
