履带式集材车辆振动的模拟及行驶平顺性的研究

摘要: 本文从研究履带式集材车辆的振动和行驶平顺性出发,提出一种履带式集材车辆随机振动的计算模拟方法,将该型车辆简化为三自由度集材机-座位系统力学模型。以国产集材50型集材机为对象,在DPS 8型计算机上进行了模拟计算。通过实地试验,表明试验结果与模拟计算结果能较好吻合。此外还利用模型研究了车辆结构参数对行驶平顺性的影响,并对集材50型集材机的行驶平顺性进行了评价,提出了改善平顺性的具体建议。

Abstract: In this article,a simulating method of computer which is used in the stochustic vibration of tracked skidder is presented.The tracked skidder is simplified into a system of vibration which has three degrees of freedom of skidder-seat. Employ the J-50 type skidder made in China as a example.the field test result compares favourably with the result of simulating calculation on the DPS8 type computer. In addition,make use of the method of this calculation,the authors researched the construction parameters influence on riding comfort of the tracked skidder and suggested some opinions to improve the riding comfort of the J-50 type skidder.
