Abstract: This paper suggests several models on more than two occasions to make estimators possess nice properties and simplify calculation. The relation of the estimates of population mean to difference between population mean of earlier stage and that of later stage is given. Deepgoing discussion has been done on two and three occasions. And the estimates of various plans are derived.
