PSEUDOSTACHYUM POLYMORPHUM, A SPECIES OF ECONOMIC VALUE, IN CHINA

Abstract: Pseudostachyum polymorphum Munro is a species of economic value in China, but it was incorrectly identified as a new species of Schizastachyum but S. leviculme by an american Scientist F. A. McClure in 1941.Now, according to investigation, the author proved fully that it should be the species of Paeudostachyum-P. palymorphum Munr.The characteristics of morphollogy, distribution and uses of the species are also described.
