IDENTIFICATION OF BACILLUS THURINFIENSIS SUBSPECIES BY MEANS OF IBM PC/XT MICROCOMPUTER

Abstract: This paper introduces an identification key system of Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies with IBM PC/XT microcomputer, by means of CCDOS, and applying DBASEIIprocedure. According to biochemical characters and esterase types, 29 Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies are keyed. The system works on conversitional made, and the results are displayed in Chinese. The program is easy to operate.
