Abstract: Forestry disaster funds relief must be consistent with the characteristics of forestry resources,and then the relief funds is one of the most effective way to restore forestry production.This paper discussed the necessity of legislation in forestry disaster funds relief and how to regulate forestry disaster funds relief by legal means,which included how to regulate finance relief,insurance relief,community donations and international relief.
