Abstract:
The process of gathering the log-shape data by the way of log image processing was involved in this study. The steps taken in image processing and algorithms used in each step were experimented and compared. The results indicated, it is suitable for log image processing to use the following steps, and the final coordinates are log-shape parameters:Image Dithering→Geometrical Correcting By Daulity-Quadratic-Polynomial And Double Linear Interpolation→Piecewise Linear Graylevel Transformation→Bilevelizing Noise-Eliminating By Intelligent High-Pass Filter→Edge-Extracting By Robert Operator→Coordinate Extracting
Key words: Log image, Image processing, Log shape data
